Accomplishments
History will remember Apostle F.E Antwi as anointed evangelist and apostle who proclaimed the gospel powerfully, passionately and apologetically. His ministry was backed by the Holy Spirit with signs, wonders and the conversion of countless souls around the world. Some of the major highlights of his ministry include;
-
The first in the Church to organize an Open-Air Crusade. This event took place in Accra Newtown in 1988 under the Theme: “Thy Kingdom Come”
-
He introduced the concept of Worship Conference in 1998 while he served as an Tema. This was a week long, all-worship event which attracted several renowned worship leaders in the church.
-
He is Credited with the revitalization of the then “English Assembly” in Accra. He accomplished this by making it a one-assembly district, with a full time minister as well as making sure it is well resourced. His vision was to create a modernized church to attract the elite of society. Today the structure he implemented is replicated around the world and results of which is obvious to all.
-
While serving as a missionary in Sierra Leone, Apostle Antwi heard the voice of God to go Guinea. In obedience, He arrived in Guinea without knowing anyone. He was kindly housed by a Ghanaian shoemaker while he preached the gospel at market places in Conakry, Guinea. Today, to the Glory of God, the Church in Guinea has over 5000 members under the leadership of an Apostle.
